The artist may decline the commission order depending on the schedule or the nature of the artwork.

All commission inquiries through the form will be replied in 3 business days in GMT+8 time zone.

Work will be only commenced if the full payment is made in advance (partial payment if it is a large amount)

The artist reserves the right to charge additional fee if the retake requires big changes of the artwork.

There will be no refund once the payment is made, but if there are instances where the artist is not able to deliver within the deadline, full refund will be made to the client.

All price estimates are generally made for one time usage only, unless negotiated.

The client may crop, edit or do some small adjustment to the artwork to fit specific needs, but please refrain from changing the artwork to look very different from the original artwork.

The artist reserves the copyright to the artwork, unless negotiated.

The artist may update or omit the terms of service without prior notice.

Only payment through Paypal is accepted. You will be sent an estimate through Paypal, and an invoice will be sent once the terms are confirmed.
